Celebrating International Yoga Day
108min of Sun Salutation

On 21 June, we're celebrating International Yoga Day and we invite you to join us for a special event at Suntec City. Our 108-minute Sun Salutation Special Event is an opportunity to take your practice to the next level and connect with other yogis.

Sun Salutation is a sequence of twelve postures that is traditionally practised at sunrise to honour the beginning of a new day. Completing as many Sun Salutations as you can in 108 minutes is a challenging yet rewarding experience that will help you improve your strength, flexibility, and focus.

We've organised three sessions throughout the day, so you can choose the one that works best for you. Whether you're an early bird, a lunchtime yogi, or prefer an evening practice, we've got you covered.

Our experienced instructors will guide you through the Sun Salutation sequence and provide modifications and adjustments to ensure that everyone can participate at their own pace.

This is a unique opportunity to celebrate the practice of yoga, meet new people, and deepen your practice. Join us and make this International Yoga Day one to remember!

Yoga mats will be provided.
