关于工作坊:
后弯是瑜伽体式中令人振奋、刚柔并济的练习方式,它能为身体(尤其是胸腔后背)以及更深处的情绪(由胸腔后背包裹的内心情绪)创造广阔的开放感和自由感。现代人由于长期伏案久坐,都有轻微的上背部圆肩和胸腔区域“关闭”的问题。这种不良姿势会影响呼吸和体态,降低能量水平。
本次工作坊,由资深老师Amit带领研习,为什么身体需要后弯练习、探讨不同身体类型如何以不同方式安全地进入后弯,如何自信且有控制地进行后弯练习。Amit老师将深入剖析多个后弯体式,展示从初学者到高阶的变体以及如何使用各种辅具来加深你的练习。
通过本次工作坊,你将体会到安全有效的后弯练习所带来的胸腔延展和呼吸自由感,并强化背部所有肌肉以改善体态,更可以强化心肌,提升心的能量。
Backbends are an exhilarating and harmoniously balanced yoga practice that creates a profound sense of openness and freedom—not only in the body (particularly the chest and upper back) but also in the deeper emotions (the inner feelings encased within the heart space).Due to prolonged sitting and desk work, many modern individuals develop slight rounding in the upper back and a "closed-off" chest area. This poor posture restricts breathing, affects alignment, and diminishes energy levels.
In this workshop, senior instructor Amit will guide an in-depth exploration of:Why the body needs backbends.How different body types can safely approach backbends in varied ways.How to practice backbends with confidence and control.Amit will break down multiple backbend postures, demonstrating modifications from beginner to advanced levels, as well as the use of props to deepen your practice.
By the end of this workshop, you will experience:expanded chest space and liberated breathing from safe and effective backbending,strengthened back muscles for improved posture,a more resilient heart muscle and elevated emotional energy!

课程适合所有程度的练习者,如有背部严重伤病,请先咨询医生或老师。
