FOUNDATIONS OF ASHTANGA 阿斯汤加基础精要 由Clayton Horton老师指导


关于工作坊:

本次工作坊将深入探讨正确呼吸法的核心细节、太阳礼拜式及所有站立体式的要领。详细解析阿斯汤加串联系统中的跳跃后退与跳跃穿越技巧,并提供实用练习方法。开始与结束唱诵教学,最后在引导中共同唱颂并完成放松练习。

In this workshop, we will explore the fundamentals and details of correct breathing, sun salutations and all of the standing poses. Examples and tools for working on the jump back and jump through of the Ashtanga Vinyasa breath movement system will be covered in detail. Opening and closing mantras will be explained and chanted together with guided relaxation at the end.

初级序列第一部Primary series partⅠ

本环节将系统解析初级序列前半部及结束体式,重点探讨技术要领与正位原则,并根据实际需要提供体式变体方案。

In this session we will break down the first half of the primary series along with the finishing postures. Foundations of technique and alignment will be discussed; modifications will be addressed where necessary.

初级序列第二部Primary series partⅡ  晨间课程从基础呼吸控制法(pranayama)和引导式冥想开始,继而深入解析初级序列后半部。通过精准调整体式技巧,实现肌肉力量高效运用,确保呼吸准确性,提升生命能量的流动。

This morning session begins with some basic breathwork (pranayama) and a guided meditation, followed by  a breakdown of the Second Half of the primary series. Technique and alignment of postures will be refined, allowing for efficiency of muscular force, correct breathing, and an increase in the flow of prana, our subtle, vital energy.

 

下午2:00 - 4:30

初级序列第三部Primary series part Ⅲ

最后课程将重点回顾阿斯汤加核心要素:呼吸与动作的协同效能、运动损伤预防,特别强化后弯技巧训练,并初步介绍中级序列中适合现阶段习练的体式。详解迈索尔练习模式的精髓,最后以恢复元气的瑜伽休息术作为圆满收官。

This last session will focus on a review of essential elements of Ashtanga yoga such as breath - movement efficiency and injury prevention with an accent on back bending and an introduction to some of the accessible poses of the Intermediate (2nd) Series. Mysore Style Ashtanga will be explained and explored. The session will end with a restorative and refreshing Yoga Nidra session.
