Himanshu started his yoga journey due to a hunch back and health issues in 2004. He is very thankful that he met Bhramachari Rudra Dev and Raju Batra on his yoga journey, both of which he still practices with and learns from to this day.

After a few years of practicing and teaching, Himanshu wanted to learn meditation and luckily met Puran Duwa and Suman Duwa in 2009 to learn Reiki. After completing his Reiki degree, his teacher sent him to Gurunath Siddhanath to learn Kriya yoga which he still practices today. Following this, he completed Pranic healing to an advanced level in 2019.

For a deeper understanding of the purpose and benefits of Yogasana, as well as its practice as a curing method, Himanshu completed Iyengar Intro 1 and 2 between 2009 and 2011 and Junior 2 between 2012 and 2014.
