Julia started practising yoga in 2011. Besides taking care of her family, she spent her spare time practising yoga and established Starry Yoga to enrich her life. Julia also participated in Buddhist meditation courses to cultivate discipline, concentration and wisdom. She developed compassion, joy and generosity on her yoga journey, hoping to establish positive connections with others through yoga. She started incorporating daily Mysore yoga and meditation in her personal spiritual practice. Julia hopes to bring out more inner happiness and physical health through her yoga practice.
Julia believes that yoga is life and life is filled with the essence of yoga. She integrates the wisdom and practices of yoga into every aspect of her daily life, whether it's taking care of her family or witnessing her children's growth. She strives to find balance and inner peace by practising yoga postures, breathwork and meditation, while enhancing her self-awareness, physical and mental well-being, and spiritual development. Yoga has become an integral part of Julia’s life, permeating every day of her journey. Through consistent practice, without seeking perfection or being swayed by external influences, she knows that everything will come in due time.
